Up until now, individual reviews on various items have been the main focus of Chloe Has Curves. Each item gets its own spotlight and that will continue, but now I also want to really start showcasing the boutiques that go unnoticed. The ones that house the hidden treasures that we all love to wear. First up is Kantrell Boutique of Atlanta, GA.
Kantrell Boutique is located in the midtown area of the city in a cozy location shared with a stylist and also in-house designer. Literally as you pass, you can see the mannequins neatly styled all the way from the streets. On my first visit, I grabbed three items that I am absolutely in love with and even though its about to really get into the colder months, all of them are something that can either be layered or at least pulled out this time around next year.

First is this adorable yellow dress. All year, fringe has been one of the top trends and this dress definitely put a different spin on it. It's a little like a maxi with the ease and flowing nature of it. The roped accent also give it an effortless boho-chic look. Note the semi-plunging wrapped neckline as well for just a little added sex appeal. For this dress, I would definitely recommend keeping to a neutral shoe but for my colorful fashionistas, other bright colors can also do the trick. Jewelry will depend on your other accessories as usual but I say gold is best. I will definitely be pulling this back out of the closet next season.

Next up is the perfect pink circle skirt. Now we all know I love some pink however for whatever reason, I don't own a lot of it. This item alone makes me want to go out and find more pink. It the perfect shade of not-too-bright but perfect for colorblocking. Because of the structured look and textured material, it definitely leans more on the semi-formal side but it can easily be styled with simpler pieces and made more casual as I did here. You can never go wrong with the right shades of pink and blue. Be creative with this one, its hard to look dull with this piece.

Last, is my ultimate favorite. This black all lace crop top is perfection. Its sexy yet simple and great to pair with other classy or casual pieces. Some may take the more revealing route and just do a crop top or bra but I haven't worked out enough to let it all hang out yet. Classy-sexy is more my thing. Plus, how can you go wrong with all black? This top is a statement piece in itself so you shouldnt have to do too much. Sometimes, simple really is the best way to go.
As you have probably guessed, I love the pieces in Kantrell Boutique. The selection has a lot of versatility and carries things for not only every occasion but also every size. What makes me love it even more is the fact that it is a physical location. Online shopping is great, especially on my lazy days, but sometimes trying on has its benefits too. It is located at 1920 Chesire Bridge Rd. Stop in and support small business! You never know, you may even see me there. Also shop them online at shopkantrellboutique.com.
